No Refunds
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 45 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases made through AMPshop are valid for exchange within 30 days of order being received. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. If customer receives defective product AMPSHOP will replace item after defective item is returned.
Returns By Mail
Securely pack your merchandise (you may also use the original package if possible). Print Return/Exchange Form and Place Inside package with Item.
Customer should contact the AMP Fulfillment Center at 901-763-6929 to receive a preprinted Fedex shipping label. Customer should use the preprinted label secured to package for any returns. If it is determined that undamaged, non-defective, or the correct item(s) were received then customer will be responsible for the return shipping charge via credit card used to make purchase.
